- Sign-in activity, devices, and the actions you took, kept for security.
Exports are prepared after we verify your identity, include only your own information, and expire after a short time.
Closing your portal account ends your portal access. It does not cancel any policy. Records may be retained by TruvaLink Insurance or the applicable insurance carrier where required.
Closing your portal account does not cancel a policy. To cancel coverage, submit a cancellation request so we can confirm it with the carrier.
